Eclipse: JVM Terminated. Exit Code=-1 SOLUTION

open eclipse.ini
add a new line if you don't have one
-launcher.XXMaxPermSize
Done.

Notes: someone says add a line
-XX:MaxPermSize=256M
I tried but it didn't work. Maybe it is for the different version.
